I'm doing the same, I assume there are a bunch of lurkers waiting for something to happen.
Like maybe that novella book club.
Plus once that happens we can post the weekly novella on /lit/, linking to the forum. If people see a writing they like or active discussions then more and more people will sign up.

Where is the admin?
I messaged him two weeks ago about having a special TAR subsection for this forum.
Today is our release day, we had hoped to funnel most of our readers and authors here for an actual debate.
